🌿 Nervous System Reset Session

A restorative, somatic-centered experience designed to shift your body out of survival mode and into deep regulation.

At Shekinah Wellness Center, the Nervous System Reset Session gently guides the mind and body out of patterns of stress, overwhelm, emotional looping, and internal shutdown. Through a blend of somatic movement, intentional breathwork, sensory grounding, guided coaching, and energy alignment, this session supports the whole system in returning to safety, presence, and emotional clarity.

What to Expect During Your Session

1. Guided Breathwork

We begin with breath patterns that downshift the stress response and ease the mind into stillness.

2. Somatic Grounding + Micro-Movement

Slow, intentional movement interrupts tension patterns and brings awareness back into the body.

3. Nervous System Mapping

Together, we identify where your system is operating: fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or regulated safety — and how to shift it.

4. Emotional Release + Therapeutic Coaching

Supportive verbal guidance helps release internalized tension, heavy emotions, and long-held stress.

5. Energetic Alignment (Reiki-Informed Work)

We close with energetic balancing to support coherence, presence, and a renewed sense of self.
