This experience is ideal for anyone looking to start the new year lighter, more informed, and more connected to their body’s natural healing processes.

Partner Yoga
Couples’ yoga or Partner yoga, allows two people to relate to one another through assisted poses. From stretching your levels of trust to strengthening your communication, couple yoga can have a positive effect on your relationship that extends far beyond the physical. Bring your spouse or bring your bestie! Light refreshments will be served. Tickets to the event are $40/per couple.
