From Holding to Healing is a guided, body-centered experience designed to support nervous system regulation through both sound and somatic practices.
This experience is for those who feel tension, stress, or overwhelm living in their bodies and are ready to create space for release in a grounded, supportive environment.
The experience unfolds in three intentional parts:
Sound Bath (45 minutes)
Led by a Latoya Ferguson, this vibrational sound bath supports the nervous system in settling and softening. Sound and frequency create a foundation of safety, helping the body shift out of overdrive and into a receptive state.
Somatic Release & Regulation (45 minutes)
Guided by Sacheen Devonne, the somatic release and regulation focuses on nervous system regulation through body awareness, gentle movement, and breathwork. Rather than forcing release, the body is guided to recognize safety, allowing stored tension to naturally let go at its own pace.
Candace Williams, provides a guided meditation to help integrate the experience and ground the body before closing.
Nothing is forced.
You remain in control of your body throughout the experience.
Rest, presence, and regulation are the focus.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or blanket
• Comfortable clothing
• Water
• Optional journal
